story of a girl: acquaintance party

there was this girl from manila who transferred to our school, i can say she’s pretty and simple, because she’s new she is an apple of the eye to everyone in school. In the upcoming acquaintance party people are excited but the freshmen are nervous, we (2nd yr that time) tell the freshmen that it will be a big surprise & scary at the same time, the freshmen will be needing some higher year level to escort them through the event, if your a girl then you should find a male partner and vice versa.

to my surprise i was going to my class the day before the party the new girl came to me and said can you be my partner? woah!!! i was like oh my God tell me im not drunk and im not dreaming, at first i didn’t say yes because i know most of my classmates went to ask her a week before the party but now this is happening…… i said yes.

at the party… we were told to blind fold them, the tension was high, and i ask her if she trust me, she said yes, and i replied and said thats a very good thing you wont regret this, i ask her if she know how to act, and she said i’ll try, then as i hold her hand shes already blindfolded that time, i said im gonna squeez your hand and you will start to act as if your gonna throw up, because the facilitators will let you eat some nasty tasting food you dont even wanna see it, shes so nervous but guess what? yata! we did it! she didn’t eat those nasty stuff because she acts so well.

i tried to court her but she said no, she have a boyfriend and it wont be fair if she let me continue courting her, so i thought well maybe for us not to get hurt or other people get hurt because of me i just keep my distance and let it go. luckily it worked after that semester she went home to manila and took up nursing there. last time i saw her is the picture at her friendster account, and she is with her boyfriend.
